Today was the arraignment date for a 44 count criminal complaint handed down by the City of Los Angeles and levied against Barry Rush of World Wide Rush, 10801 building owners Frank Rahban and a list of others -- see all the individuals involved and details by clicking here.
They are charged with numerous infractions from fire code violations to unlawfully installing OUTDOOR LIGHTING WITHOUT A PERMIT. We were notified that the arraignment date was continued and a new arraignment was set for April 2, 2009. We learned that many times these complicated cases follow in this direction.
