We've used some yiddish terms as a Goniff and having Chutzpah for doing this to Los Angeles, Tenants and the surrounding residential neighborhood.

I'm at the office and they are putting up another sign as we speak. I just called the police and told them they are putting up another illegal sign. UNBELIVEABLE!!!!!
